I just signed my fourth year lease, I love living here. The apartments are safe, quiet, great neighbors, the grounds are very clean and the staff is fantastic. I have lived at Thomas Chase for 7 yrs. The staff is always very helpful,the grounds are kept up and the property is beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a clean place to live. Please contact the management office for income restrictions and rental rates.
